Just to add on a litttttlee bit more :P
Tried out some of my own training programm today, finally understand why they say i not human..lol
Will try harder to edit my training plan to make my inhuman~!
My Current plan:
Stamina
2 Round of Warmups
Stretching
2 km run
Rest for 5 minutes
Interval running: 400 metres
10 rounds each round under 1.25
2 minutes rest time in between run
Cool Down Jog
20 rounds Lane 8
Stretching

I am Currently training pretty hard for sport day....kope all the 400 metres event...dominate~!
Must break school record then got kick....i try...haha
